Common solar photovoltaic supports can be divided into several categories: ground support, roof support, water floating support and tracking support. Each category can be divided into multiple categories according to different installation environments and use scenarios.
Ground support
Conventional ground support types include: spiral pile ground photovoltaic support, cast-in-place pile ground photovoltaic support, concrete pipe pile ground photovoltaic support, flexible cable ground photovoltaic support (special type), fixed season adjustable ground photovoltaic support, etc.
In addition, due to different styles involved in the tracking support, the technical requirements are very high, and the control system needs to be configured, so it is temporarily unable to provide reference.
Except for different foundation types, other superstructure is greatly affected by the wind pressure, snow pressure, component specifications and square array layout of the project site, so it is necessary to conduct structural verification and calculation for all materials separately.
Roof support
Conventional roof supports can be divided into several categories: color steel tile roof supports, concrete roof supports, ceramic tile roof supports, saddle plate roof supports, TPO / PVC flexible roof supports, etc.
According to the different types of color steel tile roof panels, the color steel tile roof support can be divided into various fixture structures such as angle relaxation, vertical locking and trapezoid. The fixture styles used for each roof type are different, and the upper beam structure is basically the same. Limited by the roof load of color steel tile, aluminum alloy support is generally used to reduce the roof load.
The concrete roof support and saddle plate roof support are similar to the ground fixed support and are generally installed in the form of concrete foundation or concrete ballast.
Most ceramic tile roof supports are installed in the form of hooks, and the upper beam structure is basically consistent with the conventional color steel tile roof support.
TPO / PVC flexible roof support has several installation methods, such as punching, ballast and welding, which has particularly high requirements for waterproof. At present, few domestic manufacturers provide solutions for this kind of flexible roof, and the cost of single tile has been high. It can provide a solution to reduce roof weight without drilling and ballasting. At present, only Valin new energy can provide it in China.
Except for the concrete roof and saddle plate roof support, other superstructure is less affected by the wind pressure, snow pressure, component specification and square array layout of the project site, and the beam track can be basically universal.
